Maranna Yoder, a fourth-year PhD student working in public finance, has published a paper with Prof. Michel Boudreaux from the School of Public Health in the journal PLOS One.  The paper evaluates the effect of a contraceptives access program in Delaware on the take-up of long-acting reversible contraceptives among privately insured patients.
