Professor Sergio Urzua  wins the Ralph C d'Arge and Allen V Kneese Award for the best paper to appear in the Journal of the Association of Environmental and Resource Economists in 2015. The title of the paper is "Early Exposure to Hazardous Waste and Academic Achievement: Evidence from a Case of Environmental Negligence."
