UMD Professor Sebnem Kalemli-Ozcan delivered a talk on global supply chains, bottlenecks and international trade at a prestigious conference organized by the European Central Bank in Portugal at the end of June. The conference addressed the challenges facing monetary policy in a changing world, and featured Christine Lagarde, ECB President, Jerome Powell, Chairman of the Federal Reserve and Andrew Bailey, governor of the Bank of England.
