Prateik Dalmia and Mateo Uribe-Castro have both received fellowships from the Institute for Humane Studies at George Mason University, which supports students in humanities and the social sciences “with an interest in developing, teaching, and applying the principles of a free society.”
Meanwhile, George Zuo has won the 2017 Abell Award in Urban Policy, a prize awarded to a student writing the best paper addressing a policy question relevant to Baltimore City. George and his coauthor wrote a proposal to use cognitive behavioral therapy to reduce youth crime and recidivism in Baltimore.
