Abstract
While the revolution in technology has created opportunities for new products and markets it has also created new challenges, including relentless pressure for innovation. As a result companies must shift attention to another dimension of the innovation process—the importance of the effi cient organization and management and other intangible sources of creativity. But do businesses really know how much they are investing in the intangibles that are so critical to innovation?
