I am a PhD candidate in economics at the University of Maryland at College Park. My research focuses on education, specifically how education policies and teachers shape students' pathways from schooling to the workforce.
My research has been supported by the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and Urban Institute. Prior to starting my PhD, I was a math teacher in New Orleans, LA.
